Setting apart Land in Otago for Leasing as Small Grazing-run under “The Land Act, 1892.”

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-eighth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as village settlements.
