PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO TAKE LAND FOR PUBLIc
WORkS.

NOTICE is here by given that it is the intention of the
OtaMataea County Council, under the provi sions of
"The Public Wor k s Act, 1882," to take land for a public
road, 1 chain wide, through the following properties, vis.:
West part of Section 102, east part of Section 102, and
Sections 109, 110, 111, 112, 129, in the Parish of Mareretu
and Matakohe Sur vey District.

A copy of the plan of the said proposed road is open for
in spection at the County Office, Maungaturoto.

The works proposed to be executed are clearing, for Ming,
and br idging.

All persons affected are here by called upon to set forth in
writing any well -grounded objections to the execution of
such works or to the taking of such land, and to send such
writing, within forty days from the first publ i cation of this
notice, to the office of the County Council, at Maungaturoto.

Park, near St. Mary's, in the Col ony of New Sout h W ales,
G entleman, de ceased, int estate.

PURSUANT to the T r ust Property Act of 1862, notice in
here by given that all cred itors and other persons
having any claims upon or being otherwise interested in the
estate of the above-named de ceased (who died at H arris
Park, near P arram atta, in the Col ony of New Sout h W ales,
on the 22nd day of December, 1891) are here by required to
send in full particulars of their claims to the Perpetual
T r ustee Company (Lim ited), 12 and 14, O'Connell Street,
Syd ney, in the Col ony of New Sout h W ales, the Adminis-
trators of the estate and effects of the said de ceased, before
the 30th day of June next, after which date the said com-
pany will proceed to distri bute the assets of the said de ceased
among st the parties ent itled thereto, having regard to the
claims of which they shall then have notice; and the said
company shall not be liable for the assets or any part thereof
so distri buted to any person of whose claim they shall not
have had notice at the time of such distri bution.
