NOTICE is hereby given that THE WAIKOUAITI DAIRY FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED), of Waikouaiti, New Zealand, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

The applicants claim as the essential particular of this trade-mark a shield containing the letters “W.D.F.,” and they disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the words “Full Cream Cheese.”
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.
Class No. 42.
Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
