Lands taken for a Road in Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under "The Public Works Act, 1882," and its amendments, for a certain work, to wit, the construction of a road in Otamatea County:
And whereas the Otamatea County Council has laid before the Governor the memorial, accompanied by maps, and also the statutory declaration, required by the said Act and the amendments thereof:
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of the construction of the said road.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and seventy-second section of "The Land Act, 1892," and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of "The Land Act, 1892," relating to small grazing-runs.

Run No. 19; Blocks IX., X., and XIV.; Tatua Survey District; 5,100 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.
