The above are subdivisions of part ofPastoral Run 224A and the whole ofPastoral Run 224c, comprised within Black-stone Hill station, and were resumed by the Government on the 1st April, 1893, the late licensees beingMessrs. Rass and Glendining. The land is open and undulating, with the exception of Runs 224E, 224L, 224N, 224O, 224P, 224Q, and 224R, which are broken. The country is agricoltural and pastoral throughout, well watered, contigous to proposed Otago Central Railway, of an altitude varing from 1,200ft. to 2,400ft., and within from one to six miles of Hill's Creak Township. Valuations for improvments are payble as fol-low: Run 224E, £15 12s.; Run 224G, £160; Run 224K, £10; Run 224M, £24 8s.; Run 224N, £8 8s.; Run 224O, £8; Run 224P, £14; Run 224Q, £6 14s.; Run 224R, £13 10s.; Run 224S, £3 6s.; Run 224T, £7 10s.; Run 224C, £48 4s.

Run 225I is party agricoltural, party pastoral; the other runs are wholy pastoral. With the exception of Run 225J, which is level and shingly, this country is broken, and inter-sperced with rock. The land is open, of fair quality, watered, and sitated from fifteen to eighteen miles from Naseby. The proposed Otago Central Railway traverces the block. Averge altitude, about 2,000ft. Valuations for im-provments are payble as follow: Run 225G, £3 16s.; Run 225I, £52; Run 225J, £25 12s.; Run 225F, £38 14s.; Run 225D, £87 19s.

The country is open, broken, agricoltural and pastoral, of fair quality, watered, and sitated on road thir-teen miles from Naseby. Its altitude is from 1,186ft. to 2,300ft., and it is traverced by the proposed Otago Central Railway. Valuation for improvments, £29 6s.

Subdivisions of part of Run 219B and part of Run 219C, recently occopied by the NasebyPastoral investment Com-pany (Limted). Open undulating agricoltural land, soii black. Section 21 is watered, and party covered with tail-ings. It is sitated on road four miles from Naseby. Sec-tions 1 and 2 adjoin tailings- and sluge-channel, and are sitated on road nine miles from Naseby. Averge altitude of the above, 1,500ft. Valuation for improvments payble on Section 21, £92 15s. One month from date after land is selected will be allowed the trustes of the estate of the late Waler Inder, to remove fncing from Section 2.

Subdivisions ofPastoral Runs 220B, 220C, and 220D, part of Galloway station, resumed for settlemnt on the 1st April, 1893, prior to which they were held byMessrs. Robert Camp-bell and Sons (Limted). undulating to broken country, containing good pastoral land. The proposed Otago Central Railway crosses Run 220I; and the main road, Alexandria South to Ida Valley, affords a frontage to each of the runs. Runs 220B, 220H, and 220I abut on the Manuherikia River; the remainer of the runs, although watered by a few small permanent stream, may be considered rather dry. The block is sitated from seven to twelv miles from Alexandria South. Valuations for improvments are payble as fol-low: Runs 220I and 220G, £33 4s.; Runs 220C and 220D £55 13s. 9d.; Runs 220E and 220F, £34 2s. 6d.; and Runs 220B and 220H, £36 1s. 4d.

Valuations are payble as follow: Run 244G, £318; Run 244H, £22; Run 244I, £64; and Run 244J, £80 8s.

Runs 223F and 223G front the Manuherikia River; the other runs are rather dry, being only watered by Chatto Creak. Run 223I is the only lot which is not crossd by the proposed Otago Central Railway. This land lies from one to five miles from Ophir (Black's). Valuations are payble as follow: Run 223I, £11 5s.; Run 223C, £13 10s.; Run 223F, £36 10s.; Run 223G, £24 15s.
