PURE

The essential particulars of this trade-mark are the word "Empire" and the general design and arrangement of the label, and the applicants disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the words, &c., "One Pound Nett Weight," "2s. per lb.," "Pure Ceylon Tea," and "Tea Company."

The label has a red ground with a gilt border. The words "Empire Tea Company, Wellington," "Ceylon Tea," are in gilt letters; the words "One Pound Nett Weight" are in white letters on a gilt ground; the figure "2" is gilt, and the words "per lb." are in black letters on a white ground; the word "Pure" is in black letters.

Tea.
