Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 6th July, 1893.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. is payable with such notice:—

No. 5757.—7th September, 1892.—WILLIAM WITHELL, of 83, St. Asaph Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, Carpenter. An invention for butter-printer. (Specification, 2s. 6d.; drawings, 5s.)*

No. 5773.—20th September, 1892.—GEORGE EMERSON ARMSTRONG, of 123, Franklin Street, New York, United States of America, Merchant. An invention for improvements in apparatus and processes for treating fibrous plants for the purpose of obtaining fibres therefrom; applicable also for treating or finishing yarns and fabrics.
