Notice of Sitting of Trust Commissioner's Court.
It is hereby notified that the undersigned will sit at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse, at Te Awamutu, on Wednesday, the 23rd day of August, 1893, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of taking the evidence of Wiremu Pekamu, of Mokau ki Uta, as provided by section 4 of "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Acts Amendment Act, 1889," regarding a certain memorandum of transfer dated the 24th day of November, 1892, from the said Wiremu Pekamu and another to Joseph Saunders of a block of land called Aorangi No. 1, part of 4a No. 2, containing 85 acres and 2 roods.
Dated at Te Awamutu, this 21st day of June, 1893.
