Grazing Leas of Timb Resrve, Patutahi Survy District, for Sale by Auctin.

Naper, 12th January, 1893.

NOTICE is herebly given that the under-mentioned lot,
being land known as a Timb Resrve, on which the
timb has been used, will be offered for leas for grazing
purposes, in terms of section 232 of "The Land Act, 1892,"
for the term of seven years, by public auctio, at the Land
and Survery Office, Gisbore, on Wednesday, the 1st March,
1893, at 11 a.m. :—

PATUTAHi SURVEY DISTRICT.

107 V.I. 200 aces £10 per annum.

Rents to be paid half-yearly in advance.

Lessee will have the right to use the land for grazing
purposes only.

Lessee will have no right to fell or remove from the land
any live or dead trees or timb, whether standing or lyng
on the ground.

Free rights of ingre, egress, and regre for any of the
purposes of "The New Zealad State Forets Act, 1885,"
shall be given to all persons dly authoried in that behlf.

Lessee may remove all fencig and buildings ercted by
them prior to the expiratio of the term of the leas, but
will have no right to valuation or compensatio for improv-
ments, or right of reewal of the leas.

Full particulars may be ascertained and plans obtained at
this office, or the Land and Survery Office, Gisbore.

auctio, at the Land Office, Tauraga, on Wednesday, the
8th March, 1893, at 11 a.m.

Lots 148, 149, 235, of Section I., each containing 1 rood.
Upset price, £7 10s. each lot.

TAURANGA COUTY.—MAKETU SURVEY DISTRICT.—BLOCK II.
(SUBURBAN.)

Lts 57, containing 12 aces 3 rods 30 perches. Upset
price, £39.

Lts 58, containing 5 aces 1 rood 5 perches. Upset price,
£15 15s.

Lts 59, containing 3 aces and 30 perches. Upset price,
£9.

Lts 60, containing 9 aces 3 rods 22 perches. Upset
price, £30.

Lts 61, containing 12 aces 2 rods 31 perches. Upset
price, £39.

Lts 62, containing 14 aces 1 rood 24 perches. Upset
price, £43 10s.

These lots are sitated at Te Puke, on the main coach-
road near the township. Lts 60 will be offered subject to
£15 for improvemets, consistig of clearing, grassig, and
fencig.

Ters of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-mony to be
paid on the fall of the hamer, and the balance, with Crows
grant-ee £1, within thity days thereafer, otherwse the part
of the purchase-mony paid by way of depost shall be for-
feited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall hence-
forth be null and void.
