SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood, and being Lot No. 52 (in red), Block IV., Mahinapua Survey District, commencing at the south-western corner of Section No. 1124; thence southerly along the Mahinapua River Road for a distance of 10 chains; thence easterly at a right angle to Reserve No. 9 (in red); northerly along the boundary of said reserve to the south-east corner of Section No. 1124; and westerly along the boundary of said section to the commencing-point.
All that parcel of land in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, and being Lot No. 53 (in red), Block IV., Mahinapua Survey District. Bounded on the northward by a line opposite to and 3 chains distant from the northern boundary of Reserve No. 52 (in red), and bearing 111° 30' for a distance of 6 chains and 20 links; on the eastward by a line at right angles to last boundary for a distance of 10 chains; on the southward by a line bearing 111° 30' to the boundary of Reserve No. 9 (in red); and on the westward by Reserve No. 9 (in red).

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved for a site for the purpose of an agricultural and pastoral show-ground:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the Tuapeka Farmers' Union (Incorporated):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserve shall become vested in the Tuapeka Farmers' Union (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for a show-ground.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 21 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 17 and 18, Block XIV., Tuapeka West Survey District. Bounded on the north by Sections Nos. 12 and 13, 467 links; on the east by a road-line, 486½ links; on the south by Section No. 20, 338 links; and on the west by Section No. 19, 469 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the two hundred and twenty-seventh section of "The Licensing Act, 1881," it is enacted that if, through any accidental or unavoidable impediment, misfeasance, or omission, anything required by the said Act to be done is omitted to be done or is not done within the time fixed, the Governor in Council may take all such measures as may be necessary for removing such impediment or rectifying such misfeasance or omission, and may validate anything which may have been irregularly done in matter of form, so that the intent and purpose of the said Act may have effect: And whereas, at the annual meeting of the Licensing Committee for the District of Wairio, held on the eighth day of June last,
William Snodgrass applied for a renewal of an accommodation license for the Lake Te Anau Hotel, Te Anau, and the application was granted, and a certificate was thereupon issued for such renewal: And whereas the said William Snodgrass, through inadvertence, neglected to pay the necessary fee within the required time, but did subsequently pay the said fee, and thereupon the Treasurer of the Wallace County Council granted such license to the said William Snodgrass:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of all powers enabling him in this behalf, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby validate such certificate and the grant of the said license to the said William Snodgrass.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, certain regulations were made under "The Fisheries Conservation Act, 1884," providing for trout- and perch-fishing in the Wellington Acclimatisation District:
And whereas it is expedient to amend number two of the said regulations:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by "The Fisheries Conservation Act, 1884," and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby amend the said regulation number two, by adding the following words thereto:—
"Provided, moreover, that it shall be lawful for the said Secretary or his Deputy, on or after the twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, to issue licenses to men for the sum of twelve shillings and sixpence."

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by "The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1877," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Opotiki Agricultural and Pastoral Association, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said association agreeably to the rules of the said association and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the said Act, under the style and title of "The Opotiki Agricultural and Pastoral Association."
