ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

OTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner
will, under the authority and for the purposes of the
said Acts, hold a Court at Whangarei, on the 1st day of
February, 1893, for investigating the transactions relative
to land mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time
and place all persons having any objections to the said
transactions are hereby notified to attend.

OTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Wel-
ington, on the 25th day of January, 1893, at 2 o'clock in
the afternoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
interested in the said cases, and having objections to the

for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Otuia
No. 2 Block.

HEREAS at a Court held at Wairoa on the 1st day
of December, 1881, an order was made respecting
the aforesaid block of land that the names of Hamana Tia-
kiwai and others should be registered as the owners thereof,
and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made
and issued when a proper survey should be made:
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey
will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the
Native Land Court at Wairoa, from the 30th day of January,
1893, until the 4th day of February, 1893.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the
boundaries of the said block, as defined by the said plan, he
must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds
of his objection, which notice must be sent to the Registrar
at Gisborne on or before the 4th day of February, 1893.
All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting
of the Court to be held at Te Wairoa, on the 11th day of
February, 1893.

which stands adjourned to the 1st day of February,
1893, has been further adjourned to the 1st day of March,

1st day of February, 1893, has likewise been adjourned to
open at Paeroa on the 1st day of March, 1893.

on the 12th day of April, 1889, upon the investigation of
the title to the Native land known as Te Kauri No. 4, and
of the application of W. H. Taipari and others for a re-
hearing of such investigation, made within three months
after the said decision.

HEREAS upon inquiry in open Court, before Hugh
Garden Seth-Smith, Esquire, Chief Judge of the
Native Land Court, it was ordered, on the 19th day of October,
1889, that a rehearing be had on the application of W. H.
Taipari and others:
Now notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Native
Land Court will be held at Shortland, on the 7th day of
February, 1893, for the purpose of rehearing the said case.

for a rehearing of such investigation, made within three
months after the said decision.

HEREAS upon inquiry in open Court, before Hugh
Garden Seth-Smith, Esquire, Chief Judge of the
Native Land Court, it was ordered, on the 12th day of October,
1889, that a rehearing be had, on the application of Te Reweti
Tauwhetoko and others, for the purpose of determining
whether any and which of the descendants of Maho should
be declared to be owners of the said land in addition to those
already so declared:
Now notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Native
Land Court will be held at Shortland, on the 7th day of Feb-
ruary, 1893, for the purpose of rehearing the said case.
