I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the John Collins Cement Lead Gold-mining Company as a limited company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

1. The name of the company is to be the John Collins Cement Lead Gold-mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of operations is at Rutherglen, in the County of Grey, Colony of New Zealand.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Reefton, in the said colony.

4. The nominal capital of the company is three thousand pounds, divided into twenty-four thousand shares of two shillings and sixpence each.

5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.

6. The number of paid-up shares is eight thousand.

7. The amount already paid up is one thousand pounds.
