A T an extraordiary general meeting of shareholders in
the Takaka Tramway Company (Limted), held this
16th day of May, 1893, at the ofces of the company at
Takaka, the following extraordiary resoltions were unani-mously passed:—
"That, it having been provd to the satisaction of this
meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabili-ties, continue its business, resolv that the Takaka Tram
way Company (Limted) be woud up volutarily.»

"That Arthu Thomas Maginity be appointd solictor to

a quorum, with whom the Lquidator can confr should he

"That the directos sign a cheq in favou of the Lquidator
