These sections are situated within the embanked area at Lake Ellesmere, south-east of Greenpark, on the Little River Railway, and comprise generally low-lying flat land, with sandy soil of fair quality; the vegetation being generally inferior, except on the higher parts, where self-sown rye is found. The land is suited for grazing but not for cropping, the lower portions being subject to floods.
