I, THE undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an
increase in the capital of the above-named company
was, on the 13th day of May, 1893, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by the issuing of
twenty-six (26) new shares of twenty-five pounds (£25) each,
in addition to the forty-eight (48) shares now existing in the
company.
