Ruakere, Arapere, Hota, Eruera Patara, Keone Paemanu, Kire Ngehe, Kawarau Ngaro, Tawhango Patara, Mame Kiti, Pitama Haruro, Te Ivi Maaka, Ngaaturu, Ngaatauwaru Rihara, Hami Manukino, Miri Tapaki, Hoini, Katarina Kiti, Keremtieta, Hera Waitkauri, Rutea Haka-rain, Nekoria, Water Ropha Parone, and the other native owners of all those pieces of land situate in the Waitara survey District, being Section 42, Block V., and containing by ad-measurements in all 153 aces, 2 rood, 10 perches (more or less), being the land comprised in the
memorandum of
lease registered No. 752, to
Sauel Knuckey, of Tiorang, farmer, lessee:
Whereas the above-named Samuei Knuckey
has given notice to me, under the provisio of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlemnt Reserves Act, 1892," that he desies to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above described; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereb appoint a meeting to take place between the said Samuei Knuckey and all the native owners of the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first tenty-oe years of the new leas, and I fix the Courthouse, Waitara, as the place where, and Thursday, the 22nd day of June, 1893, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, as the time, when such meeting shall take place.

Whereas the above-named William Coe has
given notice to me, under the provisio of section 8 of "The West Coast Settlemnt Reserves
Act, 1892," that he desies to obtain under that section a new leas of the land above described; and I consider his application oug to be given effect to: Now, therefore, I do hereb appoint a meeting to take place between the said William Coe and all the native owners of all the above-described land, for the purpose of fixing the rent to be paid for the said land for the first tenty-oe years of the new leas; and I fix the Courthouse, Waitara, as the place where, and Thursday the 22nd day of June, 1893, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, as the time when such meeting shall take place.
