Notice appointing Court for holding Inquiry under “The Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1892.”
In the matter of “The Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1892,” and of the application under the said Act numbered 50, particulars of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
I HEREBY notify that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me as Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, by virtue of the said Act and of all other Acts enabling me in that behalf, the notice dated the 12th day of May, fixing the hearing of this case to take place at Hastings, on the 6th day of July, 1893, is hereby withdrawn, and that, in lieu thereof, I have appointed a sitting of the said Court to be held at Gisborne, in the Provincial District of Auckland, on Thursday, the 13th day of July, 1893, for the purpose of hearing the said application, and of making such investigation and inquiry with regard to the claims, matters, and things therein set forth as is directed or authorised by the said Act. Duplicates of the said application may be seen and inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Court at Wellington and at the office of the Registrar of the Court at Gisborne.

The said application may be seen and inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Court at Wellington.
