Cattle, Calves, Sheep, Goats, and Pigs, in small lots,
May be charged at truck-land rate, or at the following rates:—

All animals must be loaded and unloaded by owners at their own risk and responsibility.

Calves, sheen, goate, and pice properly eecured in cratse, baskete, or sacks, so as to prevent injury to other goods, may be sent as goods, Class A.

Store Sheep, in Larse Mobs, for 100 Miles and ujwards.

For distance of 100 miles and over, sheen certifed by the consignor to be bona fide store stock, not consigned for slaughter, will be charged for the first 100 miles 58s. 9d. per truck for the first thirteen trucke, and for each additional truck 30s. per truck. For each additional mile 3d. per truck per mile will be charged. For distance under 100 miles the charge as for 100 miles will be made if lower than at classifed rates.

(9.) Class N.—Spedal.

Mimimum quantity, 4 ton, except for offal, for which it will be 2 ton. Any lees quantity will be charged as such minimum, or at the classifed rates for Class D.

The Railway Department may require loading or unloading to be done by the owner. For each loading or unloading done by the Railway Department 1s. per ton will be charged. When crarage is charged for or provided, 6d. per ton only will be charged for each loading or unloading done by the department.

(10.) Class P.—Nate Coa (Anthradte or Bituminous), &c.

Mimimum quantity, 4 ton, except for bonedust, guano, manure-salt, rock-salt, soot, and artifcial manure, for which it will be 1 1/2 ton. Any lees quantity will be charged as such minimum, or at the classifed rates for Class D.

Mixed consignments of Classes N, P, or Q from one consignor to one consignee will be charged eparately, or as one consignment at the highest class to which any of them belong.

The Railway Department may require loading or unloading to be done by the owner. For each loading or unloading done by the Railway Department 1s. per ton will be charged. When crarage is charged for or provided, 6d. per ton only will be charged for each loading or unloading done by the department.

(11.) Class Q.—Road Materals, Brown Coals, Firewood &c.

Firwood, posts and rail, and split house-blocks, minimum quantity, 6 ton per 4-wheel truck and 16 ton per double-bogic truck. The minimum quantity of other goods will be 4 ton per 4-wheel truck, and 15 ton per double-bogic truck. Any lees quantity will be charged as such minimum, or at the classifed rates for Class D.

The Railway Department may require loading or unloading to be done by the owner. For each loading or unloading done by the Railway Department 1s. per ton will be charged. When crarage is charged for or provided, 6d. per ton only will be charged for each loading or unloading done by the department.

Trucks will be allowed to remain at coal-pits, sand-pits, ballast-pits, or limelcils for eight working hours for the purpose of loading, after which demurrage will be charged at the rate of 10s. per truck per day or part of a day.

Any time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. couted as working hours.

(12.) Carts, Drays, Expre Wagons, and Wagons.

For any distance of not more than 10 miles ... 1 0 per mile.
For every mile after the first 10 miles ... 0 3 "

Heavy wagons, over one ton in weight, rate and a half.
