A PPLICATION having been made by Mokonui o Mata-
katea and others that probate be granted of the afore-
said will:
It is hereby notified that all persons opposing such appli-
cation must lodge a caveat, in manner prescribed, within two
calendar months after the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

Notice re Individualisation of Title, &c., Section No. 9,
Block VII., Mangamuka Survey District.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 10th May, 1893.
W HEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 25th day
of October, 1889, it was ordered and declared that the
investigation and determination of the ownership of the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and also the determination
and individualisation of title to the said land, and the mode
of granting the same, and any matter or question which
during such investigation may arise in relation to the in-
terests of Natives in the said land, should be and the same
were thereby brought within the jurisdiction of the Native
Land Court:
Now notice is hereby given that at a sitting to be held at
Rawene, Hokianga, on the 22nd day of June, 1893, the Court
will proceed to inquire into and determine the several mat-
ters brought within its jurisdiction as hereinbefore recited.

SCHEDULE.
All that parcel of land in the District of Hokianga known
as Section No. 9, Block VII., Mangamuka Survey District,
containing by admeasurement 150 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the north-west by Te Kume Stream;
towards the east and south generally by the Orua River;
and towards the west by the Otauhau Block, numbered 254
in red, 1200, 450, 400, 2455, and 470 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less.

Auckland, 10th May, 1893.
W HEREAS a certificate of title dated the 23rd day of
March, 1882, has heretofore been issued by the
Court in favour of Henare Kaneri and others for land called
Parawanui, containing 48 acres:
And whereas it has been found that the land awarded to
the said Henare Kaneri and others under the name of Para-
wanui contains 14 acres only, instead of 48 acres, as wrongly
stated in the said certificate of title:
And whereas it is intended to cancel the said certificate of
title, and issue a new certificate of title, comprising the 14
acres only:
Now notice is hereby given that inquiry will be made by
the Court, at a sitting to be held at Rawene, Hokianga, on
the 22nd day of June, 1893, into the above-recited matter,
with a view of affording to the parties interested an opportu-
ity of being heard before such certificate is cancelled and a
new certificate issued with amended area.
