account at the ottices of the late firm, in Impenial Chambers
Featherston Street, Wellington. All debits owing to the late
firm must be paid to Mr. Grav.

NOTICE OF INTENTIOn TO TAKE LAND FOR A PUBLIc ROAD

T is heraby notifed that the Rangitikei County Council
under the provsions of "The Public Work Act

Mangatipona East Ntive Reseve, and 4 acrs 3 rood
20·8 perches out of the Mangatipona West Ntive Reseve

that a plan of the said road and of the lands required to
be taken for the same, together with a list of the names of
the owners and occupiers of such lands, so far as they can
be ascertained, is deposited at the office of the Rangitikei

the said road or by the taking of the said lands are herby
called upon, if they have any wellgrounded objections to
the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands

the Chaiman of the Rangitikei County Council, Marton.
