Mining Notices.

COROMANDEL MINT GOL-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

AT an extraordiary general meeting of shareholders in
the above company, held this day, the following reso1u
-tion was carried unanimously:—
"It has been prov ed to this meeting that the company
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, carry on its business, and
that it is advisabl e to wind up the same; and that accor
-dingly the company be w ound up voluntarily.»

N OTICE UNDER " T H E P U B L I C W O R K S A C T, 1882," A N D I T S
A M E N D M E N T S.

N OTICE is hereb y giv en that the W hangarei County
Council int end to take as for a public w ork—to w it, the
const ruction of a road— a part of the south-east middle por
-t i on of Allotment 12 of the Parish of R uatangata, in the
P urua S urv ey D istrict, containing 2 ro ods and 12 perches,
more or less; and that the said Council have caused a plan
to be prepared showing the land required to be taken for the
s ame, and the name of the owner, as far as can be ascer
-tained; and that such plan is deposited at the office of the
said Council, in the Town D istrict of W hangarei, and is
open for insp ection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
A nd all persons affected are hereb y called upon to set forth
in writing any well-grounds ob j ections they may have to
the execution of such w ork, or the taking of such land, and
to send such writing, within forty days from the first publica
-t i on of this notice, to the W hangarei County Council, at their
of fice at W hangarei aforesaid.
