WHEREAS, at a Court held at Te Taheke, Rotoiti, on the 18th day of June, 1886, an order was made, respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Tamati te Wharau and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made:
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, at Maketu, on the 16th day of May, 1893, to the 23rd day of May, 1893.
All objections to be lodged with the Registrar, Native Land Court, Auckland, on or before the 30th day of May, 1893, and to be heard by the Court, at Maketu, on the 6th day of June, 1893, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.
