HIS Excellency the Governor has accepted the resignations of

The Honourable Sir Patrick Alphonsus Buckley, M.L.C., K.C.M.G., holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices of Colonial Secretary and Attorney-General;

The Honourable William Pember Reeves, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices of Minister of Education, Commissioner of Stamp Duties, and Minister of Labour;

The Honourable Richard John Seddon, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices of Minister for Public Works, Minister of Mines, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Marine;

The Honourable John McKenzie, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices of Minister of Lands and Immigration, and Minister of Agriculture;

The Honourable Alfred Jerome Cadman, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the office of Minister of Justice;

The Honourable Joseph George Ward, holding a seat in the Executive Council, and the offices of Postmaster-General and Electric Telegraph Commissioner;

The Honourable James Carroll, holding a seat in the Executive Council.
