NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES GRAY, of Milton, Tokomairiro, Otago, New Zealand, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The essential particular of this trade-mark is the distinctive brand and the monogram “J.G.,” and the applicant disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the words “Full Cream Factory Cheese,” “Bruce Dairy Factory,” and “Trade Mark.”
