Christchurch, wife of Patrick Campbell, of Christchurch, Gentleman, four of the intending petitioners, hereby give notice that, within fourteen days of the meeting of the General Assembly of New Zealand to be held next after the date of this notice, a petition will be presented to the said General Assembly of New Zealand, through the Honourable the Speaker and members of the Legislative Council, by us and others, praying for leave to bring in a Private Bill to be called “The William Robinson Estate Trusts Act, 1893.”
The objects of the said proposed Bill are to enable the Trustees of the will of the Honourable William Robinson, late of Cheviot Hills and Christchurch, Gentleman, deceased, to pay and divide all capital moneys which shall come to or be in their hands, to answer the trusts in favour of the testator’s daughters, into five equal parts or shares, and to set apart and constitute such shares into five separate trust estates, and to appoint Trustees of such trust estates respectively, and to define the manner in which such five trust estates respectively shall be dealt with. Also to define the securities upon which the moneys belonging to the said respective trust estates may be invested. Also to provide for the appointment of new Trustees, and to grant to the Trustees of such trust estates respectively such immunities and privileges as are conferred by law on Trustees appointed by deed or will.
Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on the day after Parliament assembles.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
