NOTICE is hereby given that H. J. ROWNTREE AND COMPANY (trading also as “Rowntree and Company”), Cocoa-works, York, England, Manufacturers of Cocoa, Chocolate, and Confectionery, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 42.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
