ROWNTREE AND COMPANY (trading also as “Rowntree and Company”), Cocoa-works, York, England, Manufacturers of Cocoa, Chocolate, and Confectionery, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—
