NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner
will, under the authority and for the purposes of the
said Acts, hold a Court at Te Aroha, on the 1st day of
May, 1893, for investigating the transaction relative to
land mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time
and place all persons having any objections to the said
transactions are hereby notified to attend.

93-36. MEMORANDUM of cession dated the 30th day of March,
1893, made by Ema Lipsey (Mokena), and George Lipsey and
Ema Lipsey as trustees for Ani Ripihi and Akuhata Ripihi,
of Te Aroha, to Her Majesty the Queen.

In the matter of "The Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1892," and of the applications under the said Act numbered
48 and 49, particulars of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
I HEREBY notify that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me as Chief Judge of the Native Land Court,
by virtue of the said Act and of all other Acts enabling me in that behalf, I have appointed a sitting of the said Court
to be held at Whanganui, in the Provincial District of Wellington, on Thursday, the 1st day of June, 1893, for the purpose of
hearing the said applications, and of making such investigation and inquiry with regard to the claims, matters, and things
therein set forth as is directed or authorised by the said Act. Duplicates of the said applications may be seen and inspected
at the office of the Registrar of the Court at Wellington.
Dated at Otorohanga, this 7th day of April, 1893.
