NOTICE is hereby given that TUPPER AND COMPANY (LIMITED), of Bilston, Stafford, England, Iron Manufacturers, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

PYRAMID

The essential particular of this trade-mark is the word “Pyramid,” and the applicants disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the design of a crown or other added matter.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Unwrought and partly-wrought metals used in manufacture.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 5.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.

The essential particular of this trade-mark is the design of a pyramid surmounted by the word “Tuppers” and subscribed by the word “Pyramid.” The applicants claim to have used this mark in respect of the under-mentioned articles for twenty years prior to the 1st January, 1890.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Unwrought and partly-wrought metals used in manufacture.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 5.
