WHEREAS at a Court held at Gisborne, on the 10th day of December, 1883, orders were made respecting Whaitiri Nos. 1 and 2, that the names of Wi Pere, Paora Haupa, and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that certificates of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the office of the Registrar of the Native Land Court at Gisborne on the 1st day of April, 1893.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said blocks as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Gisborne on the 25th day of April, 1893.
