Rural Lands in the Nelsos Land District open for Sale or Selectio.

GLASGOW, Governo.

IN pursuance and exercis of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thirti-sixth section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Ear of Glasg, the Governo of the Colny of New Zealnd, having received the report of the Survo-Generl in this behlf, as in the said section is provided, do hereb declare that the rur lands enumerated in the Schedul hereto shall be open for sale or selectio on and after the thirti-first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninty-thre; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedul may, at the option of the applicat, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupatio with right of purchas or on leas in perpety, or, in respect of any lands contaiing or supposed to contain any metal, minral, or valuabl stone, be selected on leas in perpety only; and I do hereb also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupie, or leas, as mentioned in the said Schedul hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupie, or leas under and subject to the provisios of "The Land Act, 1892. "
