mers, Boardinghouse-keeper, a bankrupt.

N OTICE is hereby given that the above-named CHARLES
WILLIAM CRITCHELY has this day filed a petition to
be adjudged a bankrupt. The first general meeting of
creditors will be held at my office, No. 12, Rattray Street,
Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 14th day of February, 1893, at
2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.

the estate of SAMUEL TURNER, late of St. Bathans, in the
Colony of New Zealand, Water-race Manager, deceased.

I HEREBY give notice that, by an order of the above
honourable Court, dated the 7th February, 1893, it is
ordered that the above estate shall cease to be administered
by the late Administratrix, Teresa Turner, and shall be ad-
ministered by the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy for the
Otago and Southland District. I therefore call the first
meeting of creditors to be held at the office of Mr. Pyle, at
St. Bathans, on Saturday, the 18th February, 1893, at 2 p.m.
