NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Shortland, Thames, on Thursday, the
18th day of January, 1894, at 2 p.m., for investigating the
transactions relative to the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereunder, at which time and place all persons having any
objections to the said transactions are hereby notified to
attend.
