Notice by Public Trustee under "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1892."
In the matter of a parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment 10 acres, more or less, and being Lot 52 of Suburban
Section 3, Parish of Pukekohe, in the Provincial District
of Auckland, of which the grantee was George O'Hanlon,
deceased. He arrived in Auckland, per "Ganges," in 1865,
and is said to have died in Sydney, leaving a sister in New
South Wales, and other relations in County Down, Ireland.
George O'Hanlon is the registered owner, and his kin or
heir are unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto
to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of
such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps prescribed
by "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," to be registered as the
owner of such land.

Notice by Public Trustee under "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1892."
In the matter of a parcel of land, containing 5 acres, more
or less, being Section 6164 in the Town of Akaroa, having
a frontage to Balgueri Road, the grantee of which was
Francois Rousselot, of Akaroa, who willed the land to his
wife, Josephine Adelaide Rousselot, née Colpaert, née
Bruard, who was born at Caestra, and is supposed to have
arrived in New Zealand by the French ship "Pallas" in
1845. Relations are unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto
to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of
such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps prescribed
by "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," to be registered as the
owner of such land.

In the matter of a parcel of land containing by admeasure-
ment 50 acres, more or less, and being Section 139, Parish
of Waioeka, County of Whakatane, in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland, of which John Beresford is grantee.
This man was discharged from the 1st Waikato Regiment
in November, 1869, and nothing is known about him since.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto

ment 63 acres, more or less, being Block 13 on the plan of
the Whakarara District, in the North Ruataniwha Road
District, and Provincial District of Hawke's Bay; and also
of those parcels of land, containing by admeasurement 1
acre, being Section 36, and 1 acre 12 perches, being Sec-
tion 38, Township of Wallingford, in the said Provincial
District of Hawke's Bay. The grantee of all was Adam
Averel Mathers, otherwise called Adam Mathers, late of
Wallingford, bootmaker, deceased, whose heir-at-law is
unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto
to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of

Parish of Waiotahi, in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, of which the grantee was Baldane Hunter, who was
a corporal in the 1st Waikato Regiment. He was killed at
Tapapa in January, 1870, and his heir-at-law is unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto
to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of
such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps prescribed

land, of which the grantee was William Coates, who was a
private in the 1st Waikato Regiment, afterwards joined the
Armed Constabulary, and was killed at Ruakituri in August,
1868, and his heir-at-law is unknown.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has been made aware of
the above-described land having no known owner,
and he, having made reasonable inquiry, can discover neither
the owner nor any agent for the said land, nor any objection
to the said land being declared subject to the above-named
Act:
Now, this is to give notice to all whom it may concern
that, unless on or before the 30th day of September, 1894, the
owner of the above-described land establishes his title thereto
to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court or any Judge of
such Court, the Public Trustee will take the steps
prescribed by "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," to be regis-
tered as the owner of such land.
