“Native Land (Validation of Titles) Act, 1892.”
THE Native Land Court being now prepared to deal with applications for investigation of titles under the above Act, the attention of persons interested is directed to the rules and regulations under the Act, published for general information in Gazette No. 92, of the 24th day of November, 1892, page 1566.
All applications, together with the prescribed fees, must be forwarded in the first instance to the Registrar of the Court at Wellington. Copies of the regulations can be obtained from the Registrars of the Court in the several districts.

NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a dealing affecting perpetual lease, Vol. cxxvii., folio 66, COMMISSIONER OF CROWN LANDS, CANTERBURY, to ANDREW GUNDERSON, deceased, and a statutory declaration of the loss of the original lease having been lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said lease, and register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and the amendments thereof, it is the intention of the Onewhero Road Board to take land for the purpose of a public road, being portion of Lot 119, Parish of Onewhero, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 33 perches, as per Plan No. 6615, lying at Mr. G. S. Whiteside’s residence for public inspection.

PURSUANT to a judgment of the Court of Appeal made in an action in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice, intituled “In the matter of the estate of GEORGE CAVE, deceased:” John Foster Mainland against Annie Cave, widow, and Frederick Dutton, 1892, C. 799, the creditors of George Cave, formerly of No. 1, Herne Villas, Tierney Road, Streatham, in the County of Surrey, and late of Auckland, in New Zealand, Commission Agent, who died in or about the month of September, 1890, are, on or before the 1st day of March, 1893, to send by post, prepaid, to Messrs. Wilkins, Blyth, Dutton, and Hartley, of 112, Gresham House, Old Broad Street, London, the solicitors of the defendant, Frederick Dutton, the administrator under letters of administration of the will annexed of the deceased, and one of the lawful attorneys of Annie Cave, the sole executrix of the deceased, their Christian and surname, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said judgment.
Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before Mr. Justice Kekewick, at his Chambers, the Royal Courts of Justice, London, on the 16th day of March, 1893, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, being the time appointed for adjudication on the claims.

In the estate and effects of JOHN HARRIS, late of Shane’s Park, near St. Mary’s, in the Colony of New South Wales, Gentleman, deceased, intestate.
PURSUANT to “The Trust Property Act of 1862,” notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims upon or being otherwise interested in the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Harris Park, near Parramatta, on the 22nd day of December, 1891, are hereby required to send in full particulars of their claims to the Perpetual Trustee Company (Limited), the administrator of the estate and effects of the said deceased, before the 31st day of January next, after which date the said company will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which they shall then have notice; and the said company shall not be liable for the assets or any part thereof as distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
