IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the several Acts amending the same, and in the matter of the Seed and Agricultural Company of New Zealand (Limited).

In Chambers.—Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 1892.

UPON hearing Mr. Bruges, of counsel for Ebenezer Watson Davidson, of Christchurch, Seed Expert, and Mr. Joynt, of counsel for Harcourt Lee, and upon reading the petition of the said Ebenezer Watson Davidson, filed herein on the 23rd day of November, 1892; and the affidavits of Joseph Frederick Ward, David Gabbie, and Harcourt Lee, filed herein on the 5th day of December instant; and the affidavit of Alexander Penney, filed herein on the 24th day of November, 1892, it is ordered that the above-named Seed and Agricultural Company of New Zealand (Limited) be wound up by the Court under the provisions of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments; and it is further ordered that the order for winding up the said company be served at the registered office of the company.

The wholesale branch of the business will be carried on at No. 105, Princes Street, Dunedin, next the Bank of New Zealand, under the style of “L. MENDELSOHN AND CO.;” and the retail business will be continued under its present title at the premises in Princes Street now occupied by the undersigned, Joseph Mendelsohn.
