Forfeiture of Runs, Westland.

IN accordance with section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” and with the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892,” I hereby declare that the runs mentioned below have been forfeited for non-payment of rents and penalties:—

Run No. 36, 15,000 acres, Oinemaka River, for term ending 28th February, 1900; James Murphy.

Run No. 49, 7,000 acres, Happy Valley, Gordon River, for term ending 28th February, 1900; Samuel George Ferguson.

Run No. 82, 7,000 acres, Mount French Range, for term ending 28th February, 1892; Thomas Baker and Thomas Peart.
