Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 8th December, 1892.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. is payable with such notice:—

No. 5612.—20th June, 1892.—THE PFAUDLER VACUUM FERMENTATION COMPANY, of Rochester, New York, United States of America (Assignee of August J. Metzler, of Philadelphia, United States of America aforesaid). An invention for the manufacture of beer. (Specification, £1 10s.; drawings, 17s. 6d.)

No. 5613.—20th June, 1892.—THE PFAUDLER VACUUM FERMENTATION COMPANY, of Rochester, New York, United States of America (Assignee of August Hummel, of Chicago, United States of America aforesaid). An invention for the manufacture of beer. (Specification, £1 8s.; drawings, 5s.)

No. 5842.—18th October, 1892.—WILLIAM HENRY GAZE, of Palmerston Street, Westport, New Zealand, Physician and Metallurgical Chemist. An invention for improvements in the leaching of gold and silver ores, or materials containing them, by means of chloride, bromide, or iodide of cyanogen. (Specification, 4s. 6d.)

An invention for phonographs, especially recording and feeding devices therefor. (Specification, £2 10s.; drawings, £5.)
