NOTICE is hereby given that the firm of WILLIAM MITCHELL, 13 and 14, Cumberland Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire, and 44, Cannon Street, London, England, Steel-pen and Penholder Manufacturers, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a description:—
The name
WILLIAM MITCHELL.
The applicants claim that this trade-mark has been in use by them and their predecessors in business in respect of the under-mentioned articles for upwards of thirty-seven years before the 13th August, 1875.
Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.
Metallic pens, except pens of the precious metals or in imitation thereof.
Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.
