"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and
the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amend-
ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Shortland, on the 8th day of Decem-
ber, 1892, for investigating the transactions relative to land
mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and
place all persons having any objections to the said trans-
actions are hereby notified to attend.

made by Matiu Kaimate, Miriama Kiritahanga, and David
