Rural Lands open for Sale or Selection, Southland Land District.
Land and Survey Office, Invercargill, 4th January, 1892.
THE under-mentioned Crown lands will be open for sale or selection, in terms of sections 3 to 11 of “The Land Act Amendment Act, 1887,” either for cash, on deferred payments, or for perpetual lease, at the option of the selector, on and after Wednesday, the 17th February, 1892. In cases where more than one application is received for the same section, priority of choice will be decided by lot on the following day, at 11 a.m., at the Crown Lands Office, Invercargill :—

Worked-out saw-mill; bush not much use for firewood, flat and partly swamp; soil part clay and some of a mossy nature. These lands are within a quarter to three-quarters of a mile of main road and railway to Bluff.
