NOTICE is hereby given that GUSTAV MELLIN, of Marlboro Works, Peckham, London, England, Manufacturer of Food for Infants and Invalids, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The applicant claims to have used this trade-mark for nine years before the 1st day of March, 1876.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Biscuits and food for infants and invalids.
