Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 10th November, 1892.
COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. is payable with such notice:—
No. 5407.—29th January, 1892.—ISAIAH FAKE, of Adelaide Road, Wellington, New Zealand, Contractor. An invention for a new or improved material for deadening sound in buildings, and for rendering buildings fireproof. (Specification, 5s.)*
No. 5833.—8th October, 1892.—THOMAS SCURR, of Dunedin, New Zealand, Wheelwright and Coachbuilder. An invention for a double-purchase push-brake, acting on the back wheels of any four-wheeled carriage. (Specification, 2s. 6d.; drawings, 7s. 6d.)
