NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES O. KEMP, of 234, Clarence Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Manufacturers’ Agent, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—
