A REQUEST to be allowed to amend the specification relating to the under-mentioned application for letters patent has been received, and is open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within one month from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the amendment, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. For instance, it is possible to dispense with two of the legs (E), and use only one, in a vertical position, supported by one tablet cup and tray, and the several details may be modified by a skilled workman without departing from the spirit of my invention.”
-
By striking out the whole of the present claim, and insert instead thereof the following, viz.: “In a thermo-electric annunciator, a weight or attachment such as (I), supported by tablets such as (D), in such a manner as to make or break electric contact in order to actuate a signal or bell as and for the purposes substantially as hereinbefore described and illustrated.”
