"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and
the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amend-
ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

Auckland, 18th October, 1892.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner
will, under the authority and for the purposes of the
said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate's Court-
house, High Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 7th day of
November, 1892, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for investi-
gating the transaction relative to land mentioned in the
Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons
having any objections to the said transaction are hereby
notified to attend.

SECTION 209A, PARISH OF MANUREWA.
92-106. LEASE dated the 29th day of August, 1892, made by
Patara te Tuhi, of Whatiwhatihoe, to David Hastie, of
Mangere.

Acts, hold a Court at New Plymouth, on the 5th day of
November, 1892, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for investi-
gating the case mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at
which time and place all persons interested in the said case,
and having any objections to the said dealing, are hereby
notified to attend.
