NOTICE is hereby given that LOEWE AND Co., of London, England, Merchants and Manufacturers, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The applicants claim to have used this trade-mark in respect of the under-mentioned articles for over five years.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Briar and other pipes.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 50.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
