In the matter of the Co-operative Supply Association (Limited), and in the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882.”
THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 22nd day of October, 1892, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses, of their solicitors (if any) to Peter Barr, of Dunedin, Accountant, and Thomas Barnby, of Dunedin, Stationer, the Liquidators of the said company, at the office of the said Peter Barr, in Crawford Street, Dunedin; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidators, are by their solicitors to come in and prove the said debts or claims at the Registrar’s office, in the Supreme Courthouse at Dunedin, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Tuesday, the 1st day of November, 1892, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Registrar’s said office, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.
