NOTICE is hereby given that STEPHEN KING AND PETER ENGEL, trading together under the style or firm of “Lange & Thoneman,” of William Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Merchants, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

The applicants claim as the essential particular of this trade-mark the design in conjunction with the word “Hercules,” and they disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the word “Blend.”
Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.
Substances used as food or as ingredients in food, such as cereals, pulses, olive-oil, hops, malt, dried fruit, tea, sago, salt, sugar, preserved meats, confectionery, oil-cake, pickles, vinegar, beer-clarifiers.
Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.
Class No. 42.
Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
