Application for Registration of a Trade-mark.

(No. 339.) Patent Office, Wellington, 29th September, 1892.
NOTICE is hereby given that CHANDON AND Co., of Epernay, France, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

The applicants claim as the essential particular of this trade-mark the distinctive label, and they disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the words “Champagne Mousseux de.”

Nature of the Article to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Champagne.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desires the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 43.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.
