All that piece of land containing 3 acres 3 roods 16 perches, being portion of Native land commencing at the southern-most corner of Tawhitirahi No. 1 (No. 1333). Bounded north-westerly by a line, 266 links; north-easterly by a road, 1356 links; south-easterly by a line, 312 links; south-westerly by high-water mark and by lines to commencing-point, 377 and 988 links respectively.

All those pieces of land containing 15 acres 2 roods 11 perches, being portions of Native land east of Kopu Block, commencing at the point of intersection of the eastern boundary of Kopu Block with the north-west boundary of Kopu Road. Bounded westerly by a line, 70 links; north-easterly by a line, 68 links; south-easterly by Kopu Road to commencing-point, 40 links.

Also all that other piece of land commencing at the north-west corner of Mimiakaiaru Block (No. 4363). Bounded north-westerly by a road, 1096 links; westerly and south-westerly by lines, 297, 408, and 849 links respectively; south-easterly by a line, 143 links; south-westerly by a line, 1339 links; south-easterly by a line, 101 links; north-easterly by a line, 1406 links; south-easterly by lines, 157 and 520 links respectively; north-easterly by lines to commencing-point, 308 and 854 links respectively.

Be all the above areas and linkages either more or less.

Being the parcels of land mentioned in a certain Order in Council of the 27th day of September, 1887, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of September, 1887, and subsequent Gazettes, and made under the authority of the said “Public Works Act, 1882.”

Also all that piece of land containing approximately 1 acre and 37·3 perches, being portion of the Awapikopiko Block (No. 1590), situated in the Survey District of Maungakawa, being the parcel of land mentioned in a certain Order in Council of the 24th day of February, 1887, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 10th day of March, 1887, and subsequent Gazettes, and made under the authority of the said “Public Works Act, 1892.”

The above inquiry will be made during the sitting of this Court, to be opened at Ohinemuri, on the 20th day of October, 1892.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Te Waimate, Bay of Islands, on the 3rd day of October, 1892, for investigating the transaction relative to lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons having any objection to the said transaction are hereby notified to attend.

District of Taupo, Provincial District of Auckland.—Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Tatua East Block.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 14th September, 1892.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Oruanui, on the 28th day of March, 1872, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that a certificate of the title of Ihakara Kahuao and others thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made:

Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Post-office, Taupo, until the 3rd day of November, 1892.

If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Registrar of the Court at Auckland, on or before the 12th day of November, 1892, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be hereafter notified.
